On Saturday, October 29th, the Chicago Wolves will host Breast Cancer Awareness Night. The Wolves ask fans to join the coaches, players, and staff in wearing pink attire in a show of solidarity in the fight against this all-too-common disease.
“Stick It To Breast Cancer” shirts and autographed pucks will be available for purchase starting in October. You can purchase these at any of the games in October, online at chicagowolvesstore.com or contact Camille Colletti at (847) 832-1954 or ccolletti@chicagowolves.com.
Fans will also get the chance to honor a Breast Cancer survivor of choice by donating $175, the cost of a mammogram for those who can’t afford one. A player will put the survivors name on his pink stick prior to the Oct. 29 game, and play the game with it. After, you will have the chance to meet the player who honored your survivor, and take a professional picture with him.
Please check back for more information regarding Breast Cancer Awareness Night, and how you can honor your survivor.
Proceeds benefit A Silver Lining Foundation and Chicago Wolves Charities.
